General Questions

  • What size options do you offer?

We sell beef by individual pieces, as well as in quarters, halves, and holes. These are the only options we offer to ensure freshness, value, and processing efficiency.

  • Do you sell individual cuts?

Yes, we do sell individual steaks or packages. All orders must be made in quarter, half, or whole beef portions.

  • How much freezer space will I need?

    Rough estimates:

    • Quarter Beef = 4–5 cubic feet
    • Half Beef = 8–10 cubic feet
    • Whole Beef = 16–20+ cubic feet

A standard chest freezer is usually sufficient for a quarter or half.

Meat Quality & Animal Care

  • What does “finished on grain” mean?

Our cattle start on grass and are then finished on a grain diet for several months. This improves tenderness, marbling, and overall flavor — the kind of quality you can really taste.

  • Do you use hormones or antibiotics?

No. Our cattle are 100% hormone-free and raised without routine antibiotics. If an animal requires treatment, it's handled ethically and removed from the beef program.

It means we do everything possible to keep our animals calm and cared for throughout their life. From feeding to handling to harvest, we’re committed to humane, ethical practices.
